Holiness: Integrity, Obedience, and Transparency

True disciples of the Lord are called to embody a lifestyle characterized by integrity, obedience, and transparency in their service (James 3:17-18; 1 Thessalonians 4:1-8). This means living in accordance with the principles of righteousness, being obedient to God's commands, and maintaining transparency in all their dealings.

Accountability and Responsibility

Believers are entrusted with authority and are therefore accountable for their actions and decisions. Those serving in the church bear the responsibility of making decisions and taking actions on behalf of the church in matters of ministry and governance. They will answer for the choices they make and the steps they take in representing the church (Luke 19:15; James 1:13-15; 2 Samuel 12:1-15; Ezekiel 18:20; Romans 14:12; 1 Peter 4:4-5).

Resourcefulness: Fruitfulness and Diligence

Resourcefulness is an essential quality for believers, involving the ability to find solutions and overcome challenges. It encompasses the divine gift of administration, demonstrating creativity, courage, vision, and imagination to address difficult situations (Job 6:13; Psalm 108:12; Psalm 119:11; Jeremiah 32:27; Habakkuk 3:19; Ephesians 6:10).

Sacrifice: Faithfulness and Hard Work

Sacrifice in the context of faith involves giving up something valuable for the greater cause of advancing the kingdom of God. It requires faithfulness and diligence in dedicating oneself to the work of God, even when it demands personal sacrifice (1 John 3:16; Romans 12:1-2). This sacrificial mindset is essential for believers to fulfill their calling and serve effectively in the Kingdom.
